Exercise is essential part of our daily living. We are so glad that we were able to provide an enviroment where women and young girls feel free and safe to do exercise in order to discover the combination of physical and mental exercises. We were glad to have a wonderful young woman who was able to lead on her passion of her health practitioners around East London. The greatest thing of women only exercise is that women who usual don’t have the opportunity to exercise with the community gets to have with wonderful joy of journey with her follow neighbors without coming to worry about fully coved because there could be a man or a male in structure. This is why we have decided to organize this session for women by women only. Where we welcome women from all walks of life such as young and old, overweight or fit, exercise has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated by exercise with the local follow women because exercise is for everyone not for some.

Weekly women only session on Mondays 10:00-12:00 at Whitmore Community Centre N1 5NU we come together to have breakfast together and to learn Arabic and more such as cooking and so on.

12:00-14:00 we go to women only swimming, Sunna Steam. All women are welcomed.

Our Afterschool programs and activities. W provides a support system to all children whilst they are under our duty of care. Our activities and programs try to contribute to children’s social, emotional, cognitive, academic, physical. Business and entertainments development, we are trying to create and environment whether children feel free and welcome to creative their own ideas into reality and we believe this can help them prevent or at least try’s to reduce risky behaviours. Our activities and programs promote health and happiness of children’s well beginning. It’s our business providing safe and supportive environment for children and youth.

We are providing effective learning settings that bring a wide range of benefits to children and young people with their families, e.g. teaching them their own mother tongue where they can connect an communicate effectively with their parents and careers as communication is one of the most essential keys of life.
